Public Employees were found to have overpaid Millions of
Dollars in FICA (FICA stands for the Federal Insurance
Contribution Act.). The State of Pennsylvania was to
hire a firm to calculate the amount due to each
individual. As with most American Government & State
Department Workers ect it seemed to take a crooked path.
In May of 1984 A Memo from an unknown person ended up in
the Governors Office. The Memo was from a person that
remained anonymous (as far as I know is still unknown to
the public ect.) The documents seemed to show that the
FICA Recovery Contract had been awarded to the
California Firm (Computer Technology Associates CTA) The
owner of the California Firm was John Torquato Jr. whom
was said to have bribed or attempted to bribe a number
of officials to get the FICA MONEY?!?! MONEY is always
something that brings out the worse in the us or usa
people. A computer disc with a list of
payoff's were confiscated from John Torquato Jr's home
in 1984. R. Budd Dwyer's name was on the list with OTHER
Names! It is said that they were listed as receiving
kickbacks in return for awarding the FICA Recovery
Contract to CTA Computer Technology Associates ( The
California Firm owned by John Torquato Jr.) December
1986 Trial showed that John Torquato Jr. was Granted a
Plea Bargain and got no prison time. The others on the
list seem to have got over very easy too. They got off
with Plea Bargains as well with the exception of a
couple of the Officials that they seem to have wanted to
make an example out of. Out of all bribes offered &
taken only 2 men were then held accountable to take the
fall or punishment for this crime by the politicians in
PA. Budd Dwyer got 55 years and 3 Hundred Thousand
Dollar Fine. Robert B Asher the GOP Chairman was the
other that was held responsible but, seems his outcome
was not near as bad as BUDD DWYER the fall guy in this
case.

Many sites have the unedited
video of budd dwyer the Pennsylvania State Treasurer

shows Budd Dwyer passing out the suicide letters or
suicide notes to his family and others then pulling out a
brown envelope or small sack with a gun in it. The video
was a live broadcast during a televised press conference
where reporters kept rolling the film as Mr. Dwyer shot
himself and died. Nobody helped Budd
Dwyer whom seemed to be an american politician set up as a
scape goat. Most of the time americans are sheep and blind
sheep but one of their own may have been a goat like scape
goat or escape artist they hide under and put the blame on. I can not say much or show the edited version of the
video even and it seems silenced in even some news media and
sites from posting articles on the suicide of budd dwyer.
To be honest we all have seen the video of Budd Dwyer's final words and speech on live tv or captured footage. The budd dyer video or budd dwyer suicide video is not something children or anyone should see the full version of. Budd dwyers speech and press conference was set up by Budd Dwyer to show Budd Dwyer passing around the letters so, that people would know they were real I think. The actual shooting or suicide was video taped by one or more reporters and cameramen at the press conference. The letter to budd dwyers wife was said to have been posted public but, how much was shared is nothing anyone can really know. The letter to 1 of Budd's friends was of course never shared to the pubic and that was the letter he stated that would have some officials squirming or shaking. Of course in budd's final moments he mentioned he was a scape goat which is clear if you think about it. That was not pay offs to one man if you ask me and the others that have a fraction of a brain are thinking the same thing without seeing the non public letter of what seems to be names & people involved in the political scam or pay offs. The unpublished letter seems to have pointed out others involved in such payoffs and political scams. If that is the case we may never know or see the letter from Budd Dwyer kept secret all these years. Sad Suicide Logged from past internet webcam and chat rooms.My heart goes out to family and friends of Budd Dwyer & I feel that under pressure sometimes people can do things they would not normally think or try to do. I wish that moment in time did not take over but, also knowing he was facing 55 years in a cell with his family not near him must have been hard to deal with. The sentencing was set for January 23rd of 1987 (the day before he was to accept sentencing he shot himself.) A desperate act by a man that felt there was no other options it seems. The truth about Budd Dwyer and how much of the pay offs or political fraud in Pennsylvania he is really responsible my never be known. As for the others involved in the PA Political fraud it seems they got off very easy and free. Caution if you search Budd Dwyer Suicide Video for it is graphic and should not be viewed by children or anyone in my opinion. Sad footage caught live on television. Makes you wonder why usa news crew or usa news reporter that captured footage of the suicide let it leak out and why in the world they kept filming it!
