Not worth listing them. You can use the Google search below and look them up easy enough by address ect.
The New York Company CRPROPERTIES.COM SCAM ARTICLE ABOUT FRAUD COMPANIES. Many reporting Costa Rica Properties as a scam say that it not only brings a lot of emails many are reporting CRPROPERTIES as Fraud. Many are saying that they allow you to sign up for free information (that part is harmless to inquire.) then they call and try to sell you properties in Costa Rica. Many people have said that the Costa Rica properties they try to sell are properties that the Owner has no intentions on selling.
There are legit real estate companies in Costa Rica so you can buy Property in Costa Rica but, Paradise International Properties of Costa Rica or CR Properties is reported by so many to be real estate scam so, if you do inquire be aware they have complaints and make sure you check into everything when dealing with them! I myself can not say one way or the other for I have not went to meet them and recorded documents of proof to show one way or the other. I am reporting what seems to be told by many that have dealt with them. I have no way to go to Costa Rica and video tape property then track down owners and see if it is real property they are selling with the owners wishing it to be sold. Looking into the company and listings of that address in detail I feel it is a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME to even think of going to see if it is a scam that needs to be exposed. People have enough common sense to look into things themselves I Hope and if you are alerted or aware of things like this you can check the details you need to prior to wasting time. Also keep in mind the emails in that chain letter get rich by paypal so called fraud case is also always showing one @crproperties.com but still, As for if they are real and legit I do not have proof either way so, since I am in the USA I really can not tell you. Freedom of speech and reporting things of this sort can ruin ones life since the freedom of speech in the USA is so expensive. I can not report fraud companies without having proof documented all I can do is give you things to look up and say think before you leap. You have to read and think then check into it with your eyes open. Leigh Out
Update hey even with proof of scams and frauds on some companies unless you are ready and able to afford thousands of dollars and going to their states for court to show your evidence you can be charged with civil lawsuits for reporting things. If you can not afford to go out of state for cases you seem to lose by default in USA injustice systems or American Courts. The USA is not a place for freedom of speech to be tried you could end up with life long problems if you try to help others out with fraud alerts or reporting even when you have facts ect.
