July Update on Frankford Place Apts (Apartments In Carrollton Texas.) The new company cleaned the black mold from my air ducts. I needed that for a long time. Most that live here know the black mold was a big problem and the decks or balcony floors are in bad shape. The new company says they will fix the nails that have come up and replace wood we hope. As for the Carrollton Fire Department all apartments Carrollton Texas it seems Apartment Dwellers have all been told to remove grills from private property. Yeah funny stuff a non used grill is a fire hazard to texas fire fighters. All residence of Frankford Place Apartment's Complex have been sent a letter we have one week to remove our grills from the apartment complex. For every day it is left there they say we have a 50.00 per day fine until it is off the property. Wow how american is that eh. Yeah that is the way of the usa.

  Apartments once owned by AIMCO properties now belongs to CRES Properties here. In finding a lost cat in the apartments here the apartment workers and company were not of help. They also gave false information on bug spray so many pets could have been killed if they did listen to Frankford Place Apartments. Also in putting up flyers for the lost cat that I found were removed all the time. There is more read it all at This Page!. I knew that it was the office workers in the apts that took them down. I was very angry in thinking how they were making it hard for the owner to even see the flyers. I put a note on the back of the flyers this time telling them to call when they took it down because I had my webcams on them and caught them on cam. I knew it was them so I even changed the flyer a bit to get their attention!

After calling several people finally one returned my call that said she would tell them to leave the flyers up and I could have 2 of them up. Of course they seem to still be tossed away alot but then since the Apartments corporate office now did finally agree I could keep flyers up there. There could be hope to find the owner of the lost cat. I also am going to be putting them on more houses all over as some have been done near here already. When I finish covering all of Carrollton Texas & parts of Farmers Branch and Addison Texas I will then give a week to allow the owner to find them. Vets, Shelters ect will mostly let me put flyers up too in hopes to help. Stores and businesses near some let me put flyers out while others took them down as I was leaving it seems. If they had just said I could not those flyers could have been put elsewhere. This is only so many hours in a day.
