Lawsuit against CJ.Com or Commission Junction. COMMISSION, TRACKING AND GETTING PAID COMMISSION

Update below yeah as I predicted you get a few dollars if lucky get 100.00 I doubt i got nothing of course and was an affiliate during those times even. I dont want people getting money from me being ripped off by a company! Nobody got money but the lawyers in ways anyway as I found out! Read below!

Seems I found out about the Affiliate Claim and Merchant Claim after I received an email myself. Of course on all programs I have joined and seen they have some merchants and publishers problems both. Even Google has had trouble in the past with putting up ads on pages that were the opposite of what they advisors were selling ect. Also some of the work at home sites and fraudulent companies that are let on all affiliate programs to be offers is always very shocking but american people and companies are not about honesty and screening they are about money and greed. Sadly that is true. As you can guess the lawyers will make lots of money and maybe a few other companies or folks but everyone else is lucky to get 20.00 or such. It is american laws and legal system that will be tending to it so of course it is not about real justice or fairness. Is just greedy people using people being used to get money for nothing as we worked for free grin. Read below the page links and such to hear about the cj lawsuit.

Below I did cut and paste a copy of the email I got. The links in it did not seem to work and the source sent seemed to try to hide it by using other services ect. The site it had a link to seems sure not to be up at the moment ect. I do however know that every affiliate program online I have ever seen does do business not in ways I see as fair and many of them do have companies I know to be not fair and fraud ect. You just have to always be careful and pick out the ones you feel confident are not scam companies and things to sell on your pages ect.. .Or better yet create and sell your own products and services that are better and cheaper in price ect. It is not so hard to do such things if you have the time and such ect.

RE: Important Legal Notice Regarding Commission Junction’s Affiliate Network

If you joined or were a member of the affiliate marketing networks operated by ValueClick, Inc., Commission Junction, Inc. and/or Be Free (collectively, “Defendants”), between April 20, 2003 and the present, you may be a class member in Settlement Recovery Center et al. v. ValueClick, Inc. et al., No. 2:07-cv-02638-FMC-CTx, a lawsuit which is pending in the Central District of California. The Settlement Notice informs you of the Court's certification of a class for settlement purposes; the nature of the claims alleged; your right to participate in, or exclude yourself from, the class; a proposed settlement; and how you can claim an award of advertising credits under the settlement or object to the settlement.

The proposed settlement will resolve claims that Defendants failed to adequately monitor Commission Junction’s Network for the use by third parties of software that does not comply with Commission Junction’s (“CJ”) Publisher Code of Conduct and that is intended to steal or divert commissions from publishers on CJ’s network (“Non-compliant Software”), failed to adequately monitor or prevent third parties from engaging in the theft or “hijacking” of commissions from Advertisers and Publishers on CJ’s Network, and failed to make sufficient disclosures regarding the existence of Non-compliant Software and commission theft, resulting in losses to both advertisers and publishers on the CJ Network.

The proposed settlement will provide a monetary recovery to eligible class members. For class members that currently maintain an account on the CJ Network will receive payment through payments or credits deposited or applied to their CJ accounts; eligible class members that no longer have accounts on the Commission Junction Network will receive a check for an equal amount.

If you are a member of the class, your legal rights are affected by whether you act or do not act. You should review the Settlement Notice as soon as possible as there are several important deadlines that you must meet to take certain actions in connection with this proposed settlement. In particular, the deadline for filing an objection or excluding yourself from the proposed settlement is September 30, 2008. For further information, please refer to the Settlement Notice.

     The lawyers suing cj seem not to need help with the lawsuit filed or lawsuits in this case since they seem to have enough evidence to win according to one of the cool lawyer's. Of course it is a pretty cut and dry or easy case. All they had to do was as I did in scam busting in the past & to document things from affiliate programs that do not pay and record and show evidence. Sadly with my past on scam busting i hit a huge company one that was running many sister companies and scam sites. The scam company owned by South Carolina republican party chairman was one of the biggest frauds out there and many were screaming spams and scams from their sites and companies. I was sued for showing the video proof and reports on it to the public. I cant say the survey sites or company name since I could not show my evidence any other way than in person and texas was further south than I wanted to be. No way I was going further down to south carolina to live during a court case against rich scammers to show my proof. As for what you need to do to be in the class action suit for merchants, publishers ect...

     I have been told that if we were with them at those posted dates we are automatically in the case. The lawyers said we would be contacted and get a % of the winnings to make it fair but, of course legal fees and all will be taken out & it will be split up between many of us I am sure. That means do not expect to get what you really made or even a cent of what is owed to you. I am so shocked to see american people stand up against such things but, I am sure it is not for the good of others. I guess Greedy Lawyers and all needed money fast and lots of it. As for how can someone sue for you and deal for you in ways with you not having a say so in it. Simple it is america. Be glad they are not saying they saw you kill someone then poof innocent or not your in the shock chair yeah they still electrocute if are unable to give injection in the usa due to funds or medical help not there at the time of the government murder of their own people. How american they are too eh. yeah sick people. It is america it is not fair and it is about money for them the people that can afford to go take it. that is american life. reasons to hate the usa eh. yeah one of many reasons. Really I think they only represent themselves in ways for sure.

( I doubt any work to pay full 100% Commission on sales, I never found one that was in my opinion 100% real anyway but is some money better than none or is the work for a penny per every thousand's of dollars not worth it grin.) The only real MONEY or way to Make Money online is via hard work and do it all yourself or offer the best of everything and get paid what they want to pay you ect) I have used most affiliate programs and things than most people are even aware are out there online!

Below is a book I did and sell myself along with other magazines. They do not sell well to the usa only because I am not so well known or liked by american people. That does not bother me since I never before tried to market to them so much anyway. Also as another example I did make hand made or home made jewelry and paintings, sketches, sculptures and more things that I sold or tried to sell online myself to avoid affiliate programs. To me though I know what I get into and how these companies work. I of course will one day deal with only my own things and stores that have no others linked to them ect. At the moment I do deal with so much in sales or selling things that for me even if I do not get the money or all the money I earn that does not matter so much since I know what I get into when I deal with american people and companies ect. Too bad they are not fair people but that is the usa.

   Many years of working and making sales on commission junction and other companies under valueclick and nothing for me how about you grin. I mean nothing but that is life. I think there were a few cases of reports of like 10.00 and someone said almost 50.00 on a blog but most people got nothing. I however make more on google clicks and selling things for anyone else yet I dont have years to do over all the sites. It has cost too much time and money lost from such things. I have messes on my hands from hostgator killing and stealing my sites that are paid up for years in advance. I hate the american way. Everyone is screwing each other and even ventures out of their country to kill and ream others in far places. I really hate it. It makes me sick to have to think of all the time there I spent trying to deal with usa things from life. At my age now it is like my life is almost over and i was stuck born of it all and in the usa with such people I could not dig. I really felt out of place and strange my entire life and know why. I am opposite of the usa people or majority of americans. I always have been and always will be. I hate the american ways!

 In writing to be removed from the commission junction lawsuit or fraud case shows that you do not want anyone to cash or to allow the lawyer's to take advantage of your losses. Some could say it shows lack of faith in the lawyers and legal system in the us but, of course there is no justice in american laws and legal systems. I have no faith in american court and american lawyers going for american money. Most us lawsuits only work to the advantages of the lawyers since it is america courts and not of real justice and such.

If you wrote to be removed from the lawsuits you Probably should have sent it with them having to sign in blood saying they got it eh. grin. Oh well I am one of many that work hard and hate people trying to get money for things I have done! The lawyers will be filing suit for so many people to get their money that court case without the people even knowing about it and getting a cent I am sure. I of course cant afford a lawyer or to attend court myself so, I just hope nobody uses my name and case to make money and cash in on my hard work online. American people should not attempt to use me in this case. Less contact or less to do with usa people the better off I am always. Though I am of usa I sure know not to deal with either sides of things or have so called help in anything. Help is too costly and never turns out being help.

   They say the lawsuit settlement money from cj or cj.com is in your cj.com account under Feb. 2009 earnings though some are of course not seeing it there at all. Unsure if people really will get paid at all in this even if they stayed in by not knowing or doing nothing. I have spoken to some of the lawyers that are handling the commission junction lawsuit this year and it seems they finally busted them open and got this one in bag. Finally one out millions of fraud programs or affiliate networks is busted in court we expect. I am sure it will not stop cj and other companies like them run affiliate programs still the same way. They make money on publishers and advertisers or affiliates so they have more than just a few millions. They work both ends.
