This cat was outside my door like he was waiting for someone to rescue him. This cat was found at Frankford Place Apartments off Josey Lane and Frankford Road in Carrollton Texas (NORTH DALLAS TEXAS) A lady found my posting that lost a cat in Carrollton Texas blocks away from here. Her cat was missing for 2 months. She came to see this kitty since it looked like her cat and sure seems the missing cat has been found by his mama and taken home to his family! Russian Blue Kitten, Grey kitty or also known as Gray Cat found in North Dallas area Carrollton Texas, Russian Blue Cat as seen above. This cat is proof that cats can make it home and never give up hope in finding your missing babies.    The Russian Blue Cat found in Carrollton Texas has not been declawed meaning also his fingers have not been cut (it is the same thing really!) He has his claws & does not seem to have been mistreated or abused in any other was as well since he is so loving and trusting. The Russian Blue Kitten likes to cuddle. This tells me it is probably someone's missing cat in Dallas or North Dallas. He is not scare. He is very loving and needs and wants a lot of attention. When you pet him he cuddles up with you then starts kneading on you then seems to try to nurse himself on his side. Not frantic grooming but, more like the cat is nursing as he would do with a mother cat. Very Thin like he has not eating well prior. Grey Cat small size & way he likes to play and does try nursing on himself. I would guess this cat someone lost in north Dallas Texas. He is very thin but could have lost weight from being outside with nobody to help or feed him.    I found the kitten at Josey & Frankford in Carrollton Texas on September 8th or 9th 2008. He was at my apartment door that day when I went outside but, from what one of the girls at the apts tells he has been out here before that time. They just did nothing to take him in or try to find his owner ect. Ok now I am done venting. I put out flyers in print and posted some on houses, in stores, at pet hospitals ect. If your in Carrollton Texas you may have seen my flyers on your door or near you Houses in Carrollton. I tried to print enough to cover all of Carrollton Texas but before I hit houses on the other side of Carrollton or a bit out the owner happen to find her cats photo online with my info. Yes it was a beautiful thing to see and I could not have dreamed things would have worked out so beautiful for this kitty. The kind of things you wish and want to happen so badly and I was lucky enough to see it and be a part of it all in ways. Found cat in Carrollton Texas Houses and apartments made it home! Update the cat's owner found a post of mine online and called. This cat is now safe at home back with his family.   Hey in works on more bare with me here. I have much other work . Lost Cat White with gray tabby patches, wearing a royal blue harness-leash. The cats name is Rick Raptor and has a broken jaw. This cat can not eat on its own. (That number is not for the site or stores and party stuff. That is a lady not affiliated with the pages or sites that has lost her kitty cat. I am asking everyone near to call friends and people near that area so that they are aware there is a lost cat that may visit their yards ect. He would love if you could call his mom and help him get back home.)

If you own a cat or dog at Frankford Place do not let them out alone they could end up hit by a car on Frankford Road or even at the Carrollton Pound!

I had to call the corporate office for Frankford Place Apartments to fight for my rights to keep flyers up. The office kept taking them down. How can someone find a cat if they do not know someone has it inside. How could they refuse to call the SPCA and anywhere that is a no kill shelter or that could help find his family. How could the people working at the apts sit and do nothing while this cat was outside for what is over a week that they saw for sure. They saw it in empty apartments, outside ect. They saw it for days and days ect. Then whey I took him up to scan for a microchip I think why did they not do it for him since if he had one he would have been home. Sadly he had non but it is important to keep flyers and media or people aware he is found so the owners can find him. In posting flyers outside the apts on mail box centers, I caught the office workers taking them down on cam this time and that at least got attention to corporate office. When I called this time they were aware of the situation but not of help! (Purple Text written September 18, 2008 at my wits end!)

Though the apartment workers at the corporate offices said (after I called and called to make them allow flyers to remain up!) I could finally keep flyers out for the cats owner to find him .... They still took them down even after I got told it was ok to have them up again and that the office would keep them up. Even the day the lady came to see the kitty and find out if it was hers the flyers were again down. No thanks to the apts the kitty made it home!

Frankford Place CRES Management LLC does nothing to help lost pets! Last visit to Frankford Place Apartments I asked the lady in the office if they would just at least call the spca to see if they have room since coming from property owners of the Carrollton Apartments you would think the SPCA would try to make room for this kitten. The lady there said no they would not call for me. Even though I explained it is probably easier for them to accept stray cats or lost cats from actual property owners instead of individuals and I was willing to take him to the SPCA so all I asked her to do is make a phone call. She said the only thing they do is call the pound for them to pick up pets. It is just as easy to call one number as the other number and the spca does not put animals to sleep yet the pound here does. well there we have it. To live and wait in a cage also would be a very bad thing for any cat so maybe living in a room with me to sneak in when zola is not looking is not too bad. They would not call a no kill shelter at all for me to take the cat myself to the spca or such. They did not even call anyone to see if it was reported missing. Seems they just watched the cat running around lost and probably very hungry. I saw it and thought they were not aware of the lost Russian Blue Cat so I took him into the office. Well there we have it.

  When Frankford Place Apartments had what they posted and called a mandatory pest control spray in the Carrollton Apartments here I was told wrong.. Could have been deadly wrong if I was dumb enough to listen to a Texan with not finding out more on facts of the time being out of the Apartments and such for pets to be safe. Prior to going into the office to ask how long pets had to be out of the home for the chemical spray I had called. When I called the lady told me she would check into it and call me back. Of course no call back came in from the Frankford Place Apts. Office workers. It was the next day that I went in to the Apts. office to ask again.  The girl at the office said it was one hour and that my cat Zola and I could stay on the balcony at our apartment while they spray then let it sit for an hour to be safe. The girl told me one hour but, the man that does the spray said no that was not true. It was 4 hours we would have been outside on deck (Zola and I) for 4 freaking hours instead of 1 hour. (Cats have fur and it was very hot out there. I am in texas and yeah it is hot in hell!) 3 hours hum, That is a huge difference and if pets had contact with where they sprayed before the 4 hour time they could have been killed from the chemicals. They also told me it was spray for ants, it was not even true on that also. It was not ants it was roaches. Seems there were like 5 people living in on of the apartments. Oh and it was not really ants they were spraying all apts for here either. Geeze seems the new people are not better than the old aimco property owners were but, time will tell. Seems we get crap either way. Texas and usa apts ect.

Get facts and get smart do not have pets declawed or do not think that being declawed is like cutting nails it is like cutting off your fingers. Before you get your cats declawed cut off your fingers then decided if it hurts and is worth it!!!! Smart and Wiser places have it illegal to have cats declawed. Even though texas vets and so behind in times you would think they would have compassion and care about pets. Sadly most do not. Try to ban all vets that declaw cats and send the message we will not put up the the declawing of pets or cutting of of tails ect. No body modifications children, people or on pets or amputating should ever be allowed unless it is for pet care and life saving like hurt and wounded when it is a must!
