Below is the text they sent in email while pretending to be a bank. It said it was sent from scammers that want you to think it is Regions Bank or from Regions.net.com ect. If you have been to regions.com you may notice they even have a scam alert up. This is one of many common email scams using a bank name to try to get bank account information. In most cases they send you to a site that has a link to make you think it is a bank site but, in reality it is what we call internet scammers trying to gather your information so they can use your bank accounts. The same goes on in Bank of America Scams Online and American National Bank Of Texas Online. If you have bank accounts and do not know if these are scams be sure to report them to your banks. Who the H*** would want a bank called American National Bank Of Texas anyway. That sounds to me like instant trouble in the most back woods way. Sorry but, I had to say it. Grin. Just the name is funny when you think of it.

 Internet phishing is where a company sends a link telling you that it is from a bank or company that would need to update your personal information. When you go to the pages they make you fill out your personal or bank information. They then use your information to break into your bank account and use your identity in their scams. Another similar scam is the American Bank Of Texas email or they even called it the American National Bank Of Texas Scam via email. They say your Texas Bank Account needs updated. I do not think people fall for these anymore but, in case DO NOT DO IT. They are sure scams and they will wipe out your bank account while the bank will hold you responsible for the funds.

Below is another credit card scam online or phishing scam to get your credit card information. Some of these types of scams even get heavy into identity thief. The email below is also a scam from what says it is Central Bank Online.

Please Log On under your personal link into your banking account and update your account information:

 (Hey do not click the link they send in email it is a total scam!)
Completing all of the checklist items will automatically restore your account access.
