Yes this page on Timeshares or Time Shares and Resorts is another scam alert on Timeshare Frauds and Resort Scams. There are many complaints filed against Silverleaf Resorts but, they do not show up under Sister Companies of Silver Leaf Resorts. Sorry this is not a pretty page or really cool web design but, I wanted to make a few plain looking normal pages on the site too. This shows my web design is not always weird and crazy but, can look boring and mainstream.

Most people that buy Timeshares are looking to invest money in Timeshares for the sole purpose to make money or have a great vacation spot at cheap prices. This is in some cases a great investment and way to make money but, in most cases these companies are Fraud Companies like Silverleaf scams or Silver Leaf Resort Scams! Timeshare scams are easy to spot in ways but, some still become victims of Timeshare Fraud or victims of Resort Scams.

The articles on Timeshares or article on Timeshares here does not have to be a lot of information on Timeshares with Silver Leaf Resorts for to get the idea through all I have to say is that there are many complaints against Silverleaf Resorts! The sister companies of Silver Leaf Resorts are Oak and Spruce or Oak Resorts and Spruce Resorts if you look it up that way. The Sister company to Silverleaf Resorts and Timeshares does not show the complaints but, they are tied in with the same company that is known as Fraud by many! Another with many alerts out is Westgate Resorts or Timeshares with West Gate Resorts. If you get a call from Travel Responses or Travelresponses.com ect you may have looked up 877-591-0016 due to their call. I can say that any company calling that shows as unavailable on calls is probably not who you want to deal with.

Lies told by Vacation Village at Bonaventure Fort Lauder Dale Florida Resorts and Timeshares in Florida from Silverleaf Resorts or Oak N Spruce Resorts are easy to spot as Fraud companies! They tell you that your deposit can be held without losing it for 3 years. That is of course False and a LIE. They also say that you can use your time share all year round anytime and pay nothing extra. That is a lie! They say you can use your time share with a day or two notice yet You have to book your timeshare 2 weeks ahead. Silverleaf Resorts, Vacation Village ect tell you nothing of the Lien they can and do put on your timeshare property if you have not been able to keep up on it.

Almost Nobody buys timeshares in a secondary market also so if you see that as a Timeshare Investment you maybe should think again.
