My Art And Photography has been stolen
in the past. Americans and people in the usa can do less
than they think about stolen photos, stolen videos and
internet scams and such. Unless you have
money or find a copyright lawyer to help with copyrights and
copy written material stolen. I put together this article on
Copyrights and put links to Copyright Lawyers, Lawyer's that
work on Contingencies or about a Contingency Lawyer ect.

Pictures of my art and my photographs
were taken and used on adult sites and porn websites to
market porno. To me this was very insulting so I decided to
do something about it. This was a violation of the New
Millennium Act and Artists Copyright Laws. I have now posted
an article on how to recover stolen work and protect your
Art and Photography. I
just kept the photo here to show you what types of things
they stole from me. I do all my own art on myself and my own
photography and for me to find things like this on adult
pages made me feel so very violated. Have your rights been
violated? If so read below and protect your artwork and
photos ect.

It is not even necessary to have text
as I do at the bottom of your page for when you take a photo
or create art and such it is instantly your work (obviously
eh.).I am sad to say but on the internet you really should
have copyright material written where people can see it even though few
people seem to care or read much online. People say The New Millennium Act is here to
help artists recover stolen photos and make people online follow copyright
laws. Those that think The New Millennium Act can help protect
artists copyright material and photographers copyright
photos from people trying to steal our
photos and artwork do not really know what The New
Millennium Act is about. Sadly unless you are lucky and find an Internet
Copyright Lawyer to work on a contingency basis you will have to pay more
money to hire a lawyer than you would probably make on your art or
photographs. American laws and lawyers have never been know to help me or
anyone I know of in cases more extreme than stolen videos, stolen photos and
stolen art ect.
Before
you go thinking all photos and videos are free online I would advise you to look
at the text on the bottom of the page and follow links on websites before
you steal photos, videos and copyright content since some people make money
online as a living and could really sue your butt off grin. Put that on your webpage
or web pages for all to see. This is just a secondary
precaution some people add on websites but, it may make some people think before
stealing your pictures and art off your webpages.
Hey fellow artists and photographers
I am going to upload this now so you know it is coming. There are a ton of
things you can do and ways to fight copyright thieves and vultures that use
us and our work. I put this up since I was sick of people stealing my photos
online in hopes to help with info on copyright laws and internet rights of
artists, photographers, writers, web designers etc. I sadly found bad news
in the news for information on copyrights!
If you looked up how to copyright photos or copyright art
to copyright protect material online the best thing you can do is make money on
your art and photography by password locking websites and charging entry fees or
just get used to people stealing your website content. Sadly lots of americans
steal online as they seem to try to do in life. I trust no one and always try to
have hidden areas online with even more of my art and photos. Some people can
find the free stuff I post to view but, few of the webmasters that go around
stealing photos seem search well enough to find my actual artwork grin.
I used to password protect my
entire websites on some pages since I hate people using my work to profit etc.
Not sure what
to do when art is stolen except contact a lawyer and hope to find a fair
copyright lawyer online. I hope you found this article on copyrights and The New
Millennium Act of use. If you turn websites into the New Millennium Act Online
and the site and company
and person whom stole your work is not stopped or forced to remove your
copyright photos etc, you may have done a search to look up lawyers that handle
copyrights and copyright lawyers. I tried to find a lawyer to help me with a
major case to sue
Brad Greenspan aka Live Video and live universe website owner for no pay when
buying out revver video sites & Brad Greenspan bought the video website out
and poof all video content stopped working which made my video embeds on my
website a mess. The ruins of websites are when you trust others or work with any
other websites, companies and people. I do everything alone as much as I can for
I always found nobody is help in any ways and people only make life and work
harder for me etc.
You may want to find a copyright lawyer that
works on contingencies. A contingency case is where the lawyer takes a percent
of what is won and only charges you if they win the case. Since so many artists
and photographers do not make a ton of money that could be of help. I will try
to add some Copyright lawyers and Copyright lawyers that work on contingency at
the bottom of the page. If you know a lawyer that does this and wants to place a
free add below please let me know by calling or having them call. This is
something we have to fight to protect our work and take back our rights!

Just in case you need paints for face and body
painting. I not only found my face paintings stolen and used but, I also do ink
art or sketches and paintings in acrylics and pastels and such. I found things I
thought sucked badly on pages all over the net. My art that sucks stolen and
used. Sad part was they probably made more off my work and time than I ever will
grin. There we have it.
Hey feel free to link to this so other artists and photographers or
everyone can find it and know what to do about copyrights and protecting work on
the internet from internet art and photo thieves. Probably best help and ways to
sue over stolen photographs, stolen videos, stolen art or copyright material is
to take someone to court and sue them yourself. Lawyers are not always so smart
in ways and you could end up winning a lawsuit by default if the defendant can
not make it to court in your state. That of course is only in american laws and
lack of justice via usa courts. Other countries and places in the world have
real justice and fair laws, court systems and a govt to protect people. In
