Freedom Of Speech In American The Cost of Freedom Of Speech is too high! No Real Freedom Of Speech in the USA.

    As some of you may know I had dealings with a company that runs many others which were on my scam alerts or scam busting site. The way the american laws or injustice system works is that you have to have money to be able to afford freedom of speech in America. I am a hard and honest worker that does not have millions and can not afford to travel to other States to prove my case or show evidence. The Republican Party Chairman that owns the company which has the sister sites that I also reported fraud in an article on has come to an agreement with me in order to silence me from reporting or showing the videos and things I spent so long researching into. We came to an agreement that I do not speak the companies name or other survey sites and sister companies names that are working under the well know american company that is pulling in millions of new customers and dollars probably hourly. I can not say the survey sites names on give information on the fraud company & I removed all articles I wrote that spoke of the survey fraud and showed how the companies worked from the inside and out on their sites and scams.

   The South Carolina Republican Party Chairman that owns the company came to an agreement that they would instead charging me for each stolen news article found online if it was something I had written. No matter what site or who writes about it they will charge me 1,000.00 per article. Also anyone that writes their own articles on it but, uses information found in my article that I researched and only I had access to would then also cause me to be charged 1,000.00 per article. That's better than the 2 Million Dollar Lawsuit they win by default since I could not travel out of state to southern places past the crappy usa state I was in at that time. Texas was bad enough as you can imagine. Pretty much this means anyone writing on their fraud companies online could cause me to be charged per articles since they can legally do that. No freedom of speech in the usa & not to mention the fact of the threats and such from people trying to stop me from writing real news and showing facts. I wrote that they find people using online. being charged instead of the 2 million dollars the republican party scum bag was going to sue me for. millions in a lawsuit a fine of 1,000.00 per every site (even the ones I do not own or have control over) that posts things from my past articles. I have tried to ask all that I found to remove things of this sort for it could get quite expensive for me and I really can not afford such dealings.

   When I got the papers they did not ask anyone to sign anything. This is scary read about freedom of speech and facts or news and articles on your world USA learn how little freedom you people really have. Anyway in the usa anyone can sue you if your right or wrong does not matter. They can send lawsuit papers to you in any name you use if yours or not and you are the one sued. They can send legally send lawsuit papers anywhere they think you are living and if someone that is not even you accepts the lawsuit papers you have a lawsuit against you instantly in the usa. If you get papers of legal sorts from someone that is going to sue you due to articles you write that are true and prove the case you are not allowed to send in your papers or have them given to the courts in any other way than to hire a lawyer to do so or go to court yourself if you can not afford the expensive american lawyers.

   From the time you are accused of anything in the usa your Guilty until you prove your innocent. If you can not afford to go to another state where the suit is or dont have time to make travel there then you have Lost By Default regardless of if you were right or wrong. Some people may not even know there was a lawsuit filed and they had a court date set up for them to attend if someone else takes their papers or accepts the lawsuit papers in the usa. The American Injustice System and lack of freedom of speech in the usa is why such scams and huge fraud companies are allowed to keep running. The rich are getting rich off workers that are not getting paid & others are getting rich off just total fraud and more. Very Seldom in the usa do you hear of millionaires that get rich by their own hard work and do things fair.

    Anyone can be sued for anything and if you report on a company that you find to be fraud then find they are listed all over the net by others but then poof things are gone from records on that it probably means they have beefed up their lawyers and the company is taking all to court that they feel are not a threat or can not afford to go into a long legal battle with them. The company also can request a Non Jury Trial.. That would be really showing you may not have a hope in hell and they probably pretty much have the courts and that state in their pocket so to speak. That is the american way. Some things cost people their lives to report and some things cost people money to report. You have no freedom and there are not many people in the usa that you can count on or trust. Know this is facts that I did find out and knew all along as well. I hope in reading this you have understood enough to say You Have Been Warned so people be careful and know until you get to places of real freedom and real freedom of speech you can not afford to speak out. Careful in the usa that is the way it works. AS SOME WOULD SAY ONLY IN AMERICA EH.
