Police Brutality is a very common thing in some places. Too common if you ask me. It is very sad that some victims never get to be heard. Some result in Death. Unlawful Death is a very sad issue but, we feel that it should be hear by everyone and we hope to make people aware of problems and solutions.

    16 year old Denzel Graham was gunned down on November 27th of 2003. At the time they say he was on the steps of his family's apartment building in North Miami. Denzel Graham was a high school sophomore at the time. He was talking with a group of children who also lived in the apartment building. Officer Reyneri Hernandez of the North Miami Beach police department came from behind a wall and shot Denzel Graham in the back of the right shoulder according to forensic reports. They had physical and medical evidence of the location of the bullet entry to prove this. The teens arms were extended away from the officer like he had his hands up to surrender. Officer Hernandez fatally shot Denzel Graham.

   Officer Hernandez was mistaking an unloaded toy BB gun for a loaded weapon but, all evidence points to the fact that Denzel Graham was not pointing it at Officer Reyneri Hernandez but officer Reyneri fatally shot Denzel Graham anyway. A law firm investigated this and showed that prior to being shot Denzel Graham notified Officer Hernandez that it was a toy BB Gun and not a real gun. The Investigation did show that the gun was NEVER aimed at the Officer. Also the facts are showing by a witness that Graham did inform the stupid Miami Police Officer Hernandez that it was not a real gun.
  An investigation by the Gary law firm showed that prior to being shot, Denzel Graham obeyed all orders given by Officer Hernandez and did not attempt to flee or resist arrest. Graham posed no physical threat to Officer Hernandez. Denzel Graham had his hands in the air in a surrendering position. There is evidence of this. About 3 months later in efforts to hide this terrible injustice and killing of Denzel Graham the North Miami Beach Police Department did a reenactment video of the shooting. The reenactment was not accurate and it showed Denzel Graham being shot in the chest as he was pointing the bb gun directly at Officer Hernandez. Eyewitnesses at the scene did testify that Graham was not pointing it at the COP and in fact had his hands raised in a surrendering position prior to being shot and killed by the COP. The Police Department took NO Disciplinary actions against Officer Hernandez and in fact by the reenactment of the MURDER in such a very untrue way they helped to try to cover up this terrible injustice. The medical examiners records show the way the shot hit his chest. It seems to be fact from all physical evidence and witnesses ect that he had his hands up and was surrendering at the time of the fatal shooting. The officer was a true idiot that had no remorse from what I have heard and seen of this. Officer Reyneri Hernandez fatally shot Denzel Graham and killed him by a bullet in the chest.

    If you ask me the making of bb guns that look real is not a very good idea. The cops should be trained to deal with situations and this was a case that could have been avoided if the Officer had not been SO STUPID AND HAD HANDLED IT LIKE AN OFFICER SHOULD. Also the medical report from the medical examiner and physical evidence (also witnesses protested) show that Denzel Graham had his hands up in a surrendering position at the time of the shot being fired. This sounds to me like murder to a child by a police officer. This is one of the many reasons the usa makes me fell so ill. Officers that beat and kill innocent people are to me the same as the army and navy ect. People like this should be stopped.
