In my opinion this man acted very brave and in turn it kept him alive. Keep in mind you can never be sure if they will go in shooting and murder the employees or if they just wish to get the money and run as it seemed in this case. With American robbers and people with guns in the USA you really can not always count on walking away alive or unharmed.
