Hey did you get a letter or email from this guy or something that sounds a lot like it? See the blue text below to read the scammers emails or get an idea of what you will get sent!. This is one of the many scammers you find daily in SitePoints Pages. SitePoint seems to like the scams on their fourms pages for they have banned people that try to warn the guy is a scam. So far it sadly seems many people have fell for this scam. This guy has hit people up for cash for so very long. When you bust him or let him know your a scam buster he will then send you a letter telling you that he is just a kid and needed the money. He has probably by now made hundreds of thousands of dollars by scamming people! For a page and site like Sitepoint to let this scam run freely on their site is just as wrong as the man doing the scams and fraud. They should be held accountable for every single person he hits up for his free money! To me it seems almost as if they have helped him. Read the email below and if you have had one of these ignore it this is a scam OBVIOUSLY!
Hey, My names Anthony, I'm from Toronto Ontario. I recently got offered a programming job and worked on it for couple weeks and the person backed out. So I was down couple hundred and couldn't pay bills for a month or so and now its effecting my credit. I have $500 in paypal now from doing work and I need it transferred into my bank account by tonight. I can send you $500 via paypal if you can send it back through http://certapay.com - Hopefully a fellow Canadian can help me out I was searching all day. Do you have aim or msn?
Keep in mind that on SP pages or Site point pages their forums are free pages and free forums but, this does not mean that they care about you or who is posting what. Is is more like a free for all scammers to post place! I think a site that does not remove or at least alert people of the scammers in their own forums is not a good place to read or post free stuff online. If you have been hit by the guy that claims to be Canadian and in Canada off their site you can still not let SitePoint know for they do not care. If you post an alert or scam alerts in their forums about this guy they will ban you. Yes you get banned if you try to help or warn people. To me this makes me wonder then are they in a way getting something out of it or having something to do with the one that goes by many names! If not then are they just that uncaring and a holes!
Just my opinion. I am sure they are the normal american mentality! That they have shown. To ban someone for speaking facts and trying to save others is insane when it is so much more than obvious this guy Anthony is pulling a scam. I guess they welcome the scam posts on their forums but not scam alerts on fraud and frauds going on off their very own web pages and web sites! No, I have never registered there. I do not spend much time on things other than my own site. I just happen to find the posts there in the past then saw people that posted under it seem to have been getting banned. Someone wrote me about it and asked me why I have not mentioned this in the scam alerts. I am one person doing my sites all myself and this means with things that are pretty easy to see as scams there it not much point in putting the time into it. I can not write everything. Hell, I do not even have time to get back my articles from the pages on the qchex and fbi lies ect. I will one day get back into scam busting but, I work a hell of a lot now. Sorry I did not post it until now.
